You sign up online in about two minutes, and I get back to you within one business day with a scheduling link. Visits happen over secure video from your phone or computer. The first evaluation takes about an hour; follow-ups take about 30 minutes.

For each visit you must be physically located in Maine or another state where I’m licensed. Prescriptions go electronically to the pharmacy you choose. I don’t prescribe controlled substances by telehealth, including stimulants, benzodiazepines, controlled sleep medications such as zolpidem, and buprenorphine.

I’m in network with several commercial plans through Alma, including Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare / Optum, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.
